- Printed template (either Black & White or Color)

Instructions: To make your New Years hat, you can follow these 3 easy steps:
Step 1Print out either the Black & White template or Color template. Color the template, if required. Cut out all of the pieces. |

Step 2Attach the bands together with staples to make a circle. |
