Chinese New Year Lantern - Paper craft
For Chinese New Year, try making this free printable craft. Here are a few examples of what my kids have made.
Supplies
- Printed template (either Black & White or Color)
- Tape

Instructions: To make your Chinese New Year Lantern craft, you can follow these 5 easy steps:
Step 1Print out either the Black & White template or Color template. Color the template, if required. Cut out all of the pieces. |

Step 2Fold the large rectangle in half. Then cut the folded rectangle along the 10 smaller lines. |

Step 3Unfold the rectangle. Then roll it into a tube and tape the ends together. |

Step 4Tape each end of the handle to the lantern. |

Step 5Your Chinese New Year lantern is finished. |
